ED Companion app: view and edit tickets on site with your iPhone!

ED Companion is an innovative app that allows subcontractors and suppliers to work with ED Controls on site. Login with your iPhone or iPad and you can directly access the tickets that have been sent to you.

Login
When you receive an email that there are tickets for you, you log in to ED Companion on your iPhone or iPad. Login using the email address on which you received the ticket.

Photo as proof
With ED Companion you can notify the contractor about the progress of the work. Use for example the camera feature in the app and take a picture of the work that has been done. The client can immediately see what work has been carried out, and you can prove the work is done. In the text field at the bottom of the screen, you can also add a note.

Report ready
After finishing the job you can report this to the contractor via the Status button. The red triangle turns into a green square, and when you save the changes the author of the ticket receives an e-mail that you reported the ticket ready.

ED Companion makes it really simple to record the work done on site. While working on site specific issues can be reported to the client immediately, provided with evidence. ED Companion improves communication and accurate recording and saves time and money during the building process!
